• How long will it take to receive my order?

Fulfillment on most products takes between 2-5 days.  Add to this the shipping time according to the shipping method you have chosen, and this is approximately when you should receive your order.  Different items may arrive in different packages.

• What is your returns policy?

If you have ordered the wrong size, you may return your item within thirty days, at your own expense, and we will send you out your new item.  Please email us at info@epicearthco.com with the following information: your name, address, phone number, the size originally ordered, and the size you want sent to you.

• What if my item is damaged or defective?

Please send us a photograph of your damaged item within two weeks of receiving it, and we will replace it for you.  Send photos of damaged item, as well as your name, address, phone number and the size ordered, and we will send you a new item right away.  Email info@epicearthco.com

• What are the care instructions for your clothing?

Our tees can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items.

Our apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best.

When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.

• If I register my personal information and credit card information on your site, is it safe?

Absolutely! Your happiness and security are very important to us. All transactions are processed through a secure server.
